2. Purpose of Our Services

Our mission is to reduce the skill gap in the physiotherapy industry and the Information Technology industry by offering practical, career-oriented training programs.

Our courses are designed to help learners build knowledge, confidence, and practical skills. However, completion of a course does not automatically guarantee employment, promotion, salary increase, professional licence, certification from a third-party authority, or admission to any external institution unless specifically stated in writing.

3. Eligibility

By using our website or enrolling in our courses, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to refuse admission, suspend access, or cancel enrolment if false information, misconduct, misuse, or violation of these Terms is found.

  • The information provided by you is true and accurate.
  • You are legally capable of entering into an agreement.
  • If you are below 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian has given consent for your enrolment.
  • You will use our services only for lawful learning and career-development purposes.

4. Course Information

We try to keep all course details accurate and updated. Course information may include course name, duration, mode of training, class schedule, fees, syllabus, trainer details, learning outcomes, certification details, and eligibility requirements.

However, Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited reserves the right to modify, update, postpone, reschedule, replace, or discontinue any course, module, trainer, batch timing, class mode, certification arrangement, or course content when required.

Such changes may happen due to operational reasons, trainer availability, academic improvement, technical issues, regulatory requirements, external organization requirements, low enrolment, or any other reasonable cause.

5. Online and Offline Training

We may provide training through online classes, offline classroom sessions, recorded sessions, live sessions, practical workshops, assignments, projects, and interview preparation sessions.

For online classes, students are responsible for having a working internet connection, suitable device, required software, and a disturbance-free learning environment.

For offline classes, students must attend at the venue, date, and time communicated by Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited. Since we currently do not have branches, any offline training location will be specifically communicated for the relevant batch or program.

6. Admission and Registration

Admission to any course is subject to seat availability, eligibility, payment confirmation, document verification where required, and internal approval.

Submitting an enquiry form or speaking with our team does not guarantee admission. Your enrolment will be considered confirmed only after completion of the admission process and payment of applicable fees, unless otherwise confirmed in writing by the company.

We may request basic documents, identity details, educational background, professional experience, photographs, signatures, or other information required for admission, counselling, certification, examination, external organization registration, or record-keeping purposes.

7. Fees, Payments, Instalments, and Late Payment Fine

Course fees, registration fees, admission fees, instalment options, discounts, taxes, and other applicable charges will be communicated before enrolment.

Payment terms and conditions may differ from course to course. If a specific course page, brochure, admission form, invoice, or written communication mentions separate payment terms and conditions, those course-specific terms will apply for that course.

If no separate payment terms and conditions are mentioned for a course, the default payment terms mentioned in this section will apply.

Students must make payments only to the official bank account number, official UPI ID, official QR code, payment gateway, or any other official payment channel specifically shared or authorized by Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited.

Students and guardians must not make payments to unauthorized persons, unofficial bank accounts, personal accounts, unofficial UPI IDs, unofficial QR codes, fake links, or third-party agents claiming to represent the company. Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited will not be responsible for any payment made through such unauthorized channels.

Students must always demand and collect a valid digital payment receipt, invoice, transaction confirmation, or official acknowledgement from Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited after making any payment. Students should preserve such digital payment receipts for future reference, admission confirmation, instalment tracking, refund requests, certificate processing, and dispute resolution.

All applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, bank charges, or transaction fees, if any, may be charged separately unless stated otherwise.

Where a course allows instalment payment and no separate instalment policy is mentioned on the relevant course page or written course communication, the following default instalment rules will apply:

  • The student must pay the admission fee plus one month's instalment before joining the course.
  • The monthly instalment for each course must be paid by the student on or before the 10th day of that month.
  • If the monthly instalment is not paid within the 10th day of that month, a late payment fine of Rs. 10/- per day may be charged until the pending amount is paid.
  • Continued non-payment may result in suspension of class access, withholding of certificates or certification-related processing, restriction from assessments, or cancellation of enrolment, subject to management decision.

8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Batch Transfers

Refunds, cancellations, and batch transfers will be governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Students are requested to read the Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making payment.

In general, refund eligibility may depend on factors such as course type, date of enrolment, batch start date, attendance, access to learning materials, administrative cost, external registration or certification cost, and the reason for cancellation.

Where a course involves registration, examination, approval, or certification by an external organization, any fee paid or committed towards such external organization may be non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing or permitted by the concerned external organization.

9. Attendance and Student Responsibility

Students are expected to attend classes regularly, participate actively, complete assignments, follow trainer instructions, and maintain discipline during all online and offline learning activities.

Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited will not be responsible for poor learning outcomes caused by irregular attendance, lack of practice, non-completion of assignments, personal negligence, technical issues at the student's end, or failure to follow course guidance.

10. Classroom Assets and Damage Liability

All assets, equipment, furniture, devices, tools, teaching aids, classroom materials, software access, practical training materials, and other facilities used in the classroom or training environment are owned by Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited or are used under proper authorization.

Students must handle all classroom assets and training resources carefully and responsibly.

If any damage, loss, breakage, misuse, theft, or deterioration is caused by a student due to negligence, misconduct, improper handling, or intentional action, the student will be liable to pay the cost of repair, replacement, recovery, or compensation.

The amount payable for such damage or loss will be decided by the Management of Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited, and the decision of the Management shall be final and binding on the concerned student, subject to applicable law.

11. Photos, Videos, Class Recordings, Interviews, and Promotional Use

During classes, training sessions, workshops, events, counselling sessions, practical sessions, seminars, and related activities, Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited may take photographs, videos, class recordings, testimonials, feedback, and interviews of students.

These photographs, videos, recordings, interviews, testimonials, and related content may be used by Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited for educational, documentation, promotional, branding, advertising, social media, website, brochure, online marketing, offline marketing, and other business communication purposes.

By enrolling in a course or participating in our training activities, the student gives consent to Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited to capture, record, edit, publish, display, reproduce, distribute, and use such content for the above purposes without requiring separate approval for each use.

If a student does not want their photograph, video, interview, testimonial, or recorded content to be used for promotional or marketing purposes, the student must inform Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited in writing before the class, event, recording, or interview. The company will make reasonable efforts to respect such written requests, subject to practical and operational limitations.

12. Code of Conduct and Classroom Discipline

Students, teachers, trainers, staff members, counsellors, and company representatives must maintain respectful, decent, professional, and disciplined behaviour with each other during classes, inside the classroom, at training venues, during online sessions, and during all company-related activities.

Students are not allowed to engage in any form of anti-social activity, political activity, political campaigning, group disturbance, unlawful activity, or any activity that may disturb the learning environment, safety, reputation, neutrality, or discipline of Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Violation of the code of conduct or classroom discipline may result in warning, suspension, termination of access, cancellation of enrolment, removal from classroom or online session, recovery of damage cost, withholding of certificates or certification-related processing, or legal action, depending on the seriousness of the matter. The decision of the Management of Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited shall be final, subject to applicable law.

  • Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, indecent, offensive, or disrespectful language or behaviour
  • Use of inappropriate words, gestures, comments, jokes, messages, images, or conduct towards teachers, students, staff members, visitors, or company representatives
  • Inappropriate dress code or appearance that is not suitable for a professional classroom or training environment
  • Anti-social activities, political activities, political campaigning, group disturbance, unlawful activities, or promotion of any agenda unrelated to the course
  • Sharing offensive, illegal, harmful, misleading, or disturbing content
  • Recording classes without written permission
  • Sharing login credentials or course access with others
  • Copying, distributing, or selling course materials
  • Disrupting classes, training sessions, practical sessions, interviews, events, or learning activities
  • Damaging, misusing, or removing classroom assets, training tools, furniture, equipment, or company property
  • Printing, using, publishing, displaying, sharing, or misusing the company name, logo, banner, website, brand name, course content, certificate format, or marketing material without prior written permission from the Management
  • Making false claims about association with Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited

13. Course Materials, Intellectual Property, and Brand Usage

All course materials, training videos, notes, assignments, slides, documents, website content, graphics, logos, brand names, class recordings, interviews, student testimonials, promotional content, and other educational resources provided, created, or recorded by Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited are the intellectual property of the company or its authorized partners, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Students are allowed to use the materials only for personal learning purposes.

Students must not copy, reproduce, upload, publish, distribute, sell, modify, share, or commercially use any course material, recording, photograph, video, or company content without written permission from Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited.

The company name, brand name, logo, banner, website content, course content, photographs, videos, designs, advertisements, brochures, posters, certificates, social media content, and all other branding or marketing materials of Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited are the intellectual property and brand assets of the company.

Students, teachers, trainers, staff members, associates, vendors, third parties, or any other person must not print, publish, copy, reproduce, distribute, display, upload, modify, use, or misuse the company name, brand name, logo, banner, website, course materials, certificate format, or any company branding without prior written permission from the Management of Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited.

No person is allowed to represent themselves as an authorized branch, franchise, partner, agent, admission centre, certificate issuing authority, or official representative of Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited unless formally authorized in writing by the Management.

Unauthorized use of the company name, logo, brand, website, banner, course material, certificate format, or any company asset may result in disciplinary action, termination of association, cancellation of enrolment, removal from service, recovery of damages, and/or legal action, depending on the seriousness of the matter.

14. Certificates and External Certification

Certificates may be issued after successful completion of a course, subject to attendance, assignment submission, assessment performance, payment clearance, and other course-specific requirements.

For Information Technology, Cloud, DevOps, software development, interview training, and other skill-based courses, certificates may be issued by Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited, unless otherwise mentioned in the relevant course details.

For Physiotherapy and paramedical-related courses, Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited does not issue certificates in its own name unless specifically stated in writing. Certification for such courses may be governed, approved, issued, or provided by external organizations, bodies, councils, boards, or institutions such as BSS or other authorized organizations, as applicable to the specific course.

Students must carefully check the certification body, certificate type, eligibility, course approval status, and certificate issuing authority before enrolling in any physiotherapy or paramedical-related course.

Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited shall not be responsible for delays, changes, rejection, approval issues, certificate format changes, certificate dispatch delays, or policy changes made by any external certificate issuing organization or authority.

Any certificate issued by Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited represents participation, completion, or performance in the relevant training program only. It should not be treated as a government licence, university degree, statutory qualification, professional registration, or industry certification unless explicitly mentioned in writing.

15. Interview Training and Placement Support

Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited may provide interview preparation, resume guidance, mock interviews, career counselling, job-readiness training, and placement-related support depending on the course package.

However, we do not guarantee job placement, interview calls, selection, salary package, employer response, promotion, immigration benefit, or professional appointment.

Final selection always depends on the student's knowledge, performance, communication skills, experience, employer requirements, market conditions, and recruitment decisions.

16. Third-Party Tools, Platforms, and External Organizations

For online training, communication, payment, assignments, assessments, or learning management, we may use third-party tools such as video meeting platforms, payment gateways, cloud platforms, messaging tools, email systems, or external learning resources.

For some courses, especially physiotherapy and paramedical-related courses, we may work with external organizations, bodies, councils, boards, institutions, or certification providers such as BSS or other applicable organizations for registration, examination, approval, certificate processing, or related requirements.

Use of such third-party platforms or external organizations may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, service availability, approval process, certification rules, fees, timelines, and technical or administrative limitations.

Haldar Skill Academy Private Limited is not responsible for failures, outages, policy changes, data issues, service interruptions, approval delays, certificate delays, rejection, or any decision taken by third-party platforms or external organizations.

17. Website Use

Users must not misuse this website or attempt to damage, hack, overload, copy, scrape, modify, or interfere with the website, server, database, forms, payment links, or any connected system.

Users must not upload malicious code, spam, false enquiries, misleading information, or content that violates any law.

Users must not use the company website, logo, brand name, website screenshots, course content, banners, or marketing materials for unauthorized promotion, representation, admission collection, payment collection, fake certification claim, or any misleading purpose.

  • Use of photos, videos, recordings, interviews, or testimonials in accordance with these Terms
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

20. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for delay or failure in service due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failure, internet disruption, government restrictions, strikes, health emergencies, technical failures, cyber incidents, transport issues, trainer illness, third-party platform failure, external organization delay, or any other unforeseen event.

21. Privacy

You may request us to stop promotional communication, but essential service-related communication may still be sent where required.
